Our goal of the site is to help you regain your privacy rights, and in many cases help you claim money from the company who violated your privacy rights.
1. Who We Are
Privacy-Rights.com is a site maintained by the Law Offices of Stefan Coleman, P.A. ("SC, us, we, our") and it is designed to help you reclaim your privacy rights and to get money back for your privacy violations. Our team tries to investigate every report you send and it is our goal to help you regain control of your data, privacy rights, and to receive money from the company who violated your privacy rights.
2. Purpose
The purpose of the site is to help you get full compensation for any companies who have violated your privacy rights. We will try to investigate every report you send to us, and in our sole discretion will discuss with you the potential claims you have against the company who has violated your privacy rights.
While we will try to help everyone who reports to our site, we are under no obligation since each company requires a certain amount of time and expense for us to pursue and we simply cannot guarantee that we can pursue every company you report to us.
No attorney-client relationship exists with our firm until a signed retainer agreement is executed with us.
By reporting to our site, the user consents to be contacted by phone, text, or email by the Law Offices of Stefan Coleman, P.A. in case we need more information from you regarding the report you sent.

We will investigate the information you report to see if you have a claim against the company violating your privacy rights. The information you report to us will be used to contact you if we can help you collect money from the company that violated your privacy rights. We may share your information with any local counsel or co-counsel we work with if we choose to work on your case to help you collect money from the company. You will not pay any out of pocket costs for our services or anyone else we engage, period.
4. Postings
The postings on the site reflect the users’ who participated on our site. The fact that some companies are named does not necessarily mean or imply that they have committed any unlawful acts or that a lawsuit will be filed. We reserve the right to post your first name, picture, and location and that you have posted on our site but not the content of your posting.
